Grow My Money powered by Finder (“GMM”) “Refer a Friend” Promotion – Terms and Conditions

1. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, an existing GMM Member (“Referring Member”) will receive one (1) point (“Point”) for each successful referral, provided that:
2. the referral is made by 11:59pm AEST on 7th May 2025; and
3. the referred individual (“New Member”) signs up to the GMM platform and makes Qualifying Purchases via the GMM Platform totalling $100 AUD or more by 11:59pm AEST on 21 June 2025.
4. Points will be tallied at the end of the promotional period, and the Referring Members with the highest number of Points will be eligible to receive the following tiered Rewards:

• First place: a $500 gift card of their choice available on the Grow My Money platform
• Second place: a $250 gift card of their choice available on the Grow My Money platform
• Third place: a $100 gift card of their choice available on the Grow My Money platform

The New Member is then eligible to become a Referring Member and participate in the promotion.

Winner(s) announced on 21st September 2025. Winner(s) must claim the Rewards within 3 days of the announcement in accordance with GMM’s instructions. Rewards not claimed in accordance with GMM’s instructions or by the claim date will be immediately forfeited without further liability to GMM. Transfer of Rewards including redemption for cash is not allowed. Where available (either in whole or in part), GMM may substitute the Rewards with a replacement of equal or greater value and specification. Winner(s) acknowledge that Rewards are subject to the supplier’s terms and conditions and agree to be bound by and comply with such terms.

1. By taking part in this promotion, both the Referring Member and the New Member agree to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with the Finder Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. The “Refer a Friend” promotion starts and ends at the time and date published on the GMM platform (“Promotion Period”).
3. In these Terms and Conditions, the person making the referral is the “Referring Member”, and the individual who is referred and successfully signs up to the GMM platform is the “New Member”. A New Member must be a friend or family member of an individual with an existing GMM account. GMM reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude any person from being considered a New Member, for example, if they have or have had an existing GMM account.
4. Both the Referring Member and the New Member will be eligible for the promotion only if the New Member signs up using the Referring Member’s unique referral code (“Referral Code”).
5. To join GMM, the New Member must provide a valid email address and complete the “My Payment” section of their account.
6. Only one GMM account may be opened per individual. A Referring Member may not refer themselves, including by using a different email address.
7. You must not modify, alter, or use the platform in a way not intended by GMM. We may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice if we reasonably suspect you have breached these Terms and Conditions. We also reserve the right to freeze your account while we investigate.
8. Misuse of the Referral Code, including but not limited to publishing, advertising, or selling the code, or any conduct that undermines the intent of the promotion, is prohibited and may constitute fraud.
9. A referral will not be accepted if the Referral Code is incomplete, invalid, or does not match our records.
10. If we become aware, or reasonably suspect, that you have misused the Referral Code or breached these Terms and Conditions, you will be ineligible to receive any Reward. If a Reward has already been issued, you agree to return or repay the value of that Reward to GMM upon request.
11. GMM reserves the right to validate the eligibility of any referral and may, at its sole discretion, determine any referral to be ineligible.
12. In the event of a tie between two or more Referring Members with the same number of Points, the winner will be determined based on who achieved their final successful referral first, as recorded by GMM’s internal timestamp. If a tie still remains, GMM reserves the right to award the Reward at its discretion.
13. GMM may modify or end this promotion at any time without prior notice to the Referring Member or New Member.
14. GMM is not responsible for any tax implications arising from participation in this promotion. It is the responsibility of the Referring Member and/or New Member to seek independent tax advice.
15. This promotion is open to Australian residents only. GMM may, in its sole discretion, verify the eligibility of any Referring Member or New Member.
16. GMM may collect, use, and store personal information (such as email addresses, referral activity, and purchase behaviour) solely for the purpose of administering and verifying participation in this promotion and for the purpose of conducting our business as a provider of the Platform and Service. Data will be handled in accordance with the GMM Privacy Policy (https://growmymoney.com.au/privacy-policy/). By participating in the promotion, Members consent to such use and handling of their data.
17. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
